How would 2p Russia act around a friend that was, to be bluntly honest, kinda dumb in many ways, but has a good heart? like, he can’t really have deep intellectual conversations with them and things he says tend to go over their head a lot, but they still try to listen to every word he says and always tries to be a good friend to him?

Viktor would be a friend to them…mostly out of pity. He knows it is harsh and probably rude, but he wouldn’t want to leave them by themselves. He would feel almost compelled to try to bring them up to his level…though after a few rounds of frustration and getting nowhere, he may ditch that idea. He wouldn’t abandon a good listener…but he wouldn’t talk to them much either.
