What’s worse is I’m currently applying since graduation and do you know how many of these jobs expect 10 years experience, 30 refrences, 20 different skill sets but will still only pay less than $15 an hour????

I saw a job listing for a Creative DIRECTOR with all these qualifications and they required not only a Bachelors degree but also experience, and they were only paying $14.50 an hour.

I might not be an economic student but things here don’t make sense.
