When all the shit of infinity war was over,and Loki finally joined the avengers,the team was still weary of him,even though Thor told them that Loki just needs another chance
Peter, however,was down to giving Loki a second chance, mainly because of his curiousity and love for learning new things
At first Loki tolerated the kid,but after a while (that is filled with Peter taking Loki to midgardian places) he grew fond of the boy, they’d be having lunch or dinner while Peter finishes his homework and talking about highschool
Loki was happy that Peter had so much fun in highschool and decided to follow him while being invisible. After he spent the whole day with Peter without the kid’s knowledge,he grew furious, Because he saw him get bullied,yet peter never said a word about it before, Loki kept going with peter for a few days to see if it was just a rare thing,but no,there were a few jerks in his highschool who not only bullied him but other people too
So Loki, being himself, couldn’t help but intervene. Now if a person said something bad to peter,they lost their voice for three days,shoved him while walking? Their shoes get magically tied each time they’re in the vicinity of Peter, someone bullying him in class? A bee would attack them, and the list goes on and on and after a while, Peter is no longer bullied,nor any one else
One day Loki takes Peter’s lunch bag without him noticing,then telling Thor to go to his highschool to give peter his lunch bag. Thor knows what Loki’s up to,and he’s 100% into it
Peter gets a surprise visit from one of the avengers,the school is shook, and everyone now Believes he’s an intern at stark industries
And Loki keeps helping the boy out in any way he can. Going on to a date? He leaves a lucky rune on him while Patting his shoulder. Getting the flu? Boom,no longer sick. Had an accident? Nope,not on Loki’s watch
It really is not that I’m stupid or that Loki’s stupid. It’s that if YOUR brother and favorite person in the world had died three times and counting you might get a little nervous also and create a minor storm over Manhattan which should blow over in a few weeks and also some problems with goats that I’m sure the Midgarders will be able to manage
Thank you, Chris. In other news… Odin has once again fallen into Odinsleep and the princes are, once again, throwing one of the wildest parties this side of the Nine Realms… The damage expenses are expected to be in the millions of Jotuns…
