Arthur would be so conflicted, all of these years of saying he hated his brother would come rushing back to him and he would feel sick. He never meant it, he never meant any of it. He would try not to cry, but wouldn’t be able to stop himself from falling to his knees and sobbing. He loved his oldest brother, he truly did…but now he would never get the chance to say it out load. Arthur would hate that they left things on a horrible note and would mentally tear himself apart. He would be scared…scared to go on without his older brother guiding him, scared the others would blame him, scared to lose any more of his siblings… Arthur would make sure to stop by and see Alistair as much as he could…and some days…he may just pour a pint out for Alistair.

Allen would notice immediately and gasp. Matt has a heart? Who knew! Allen would watch him like a hawk until he saw who had his brother’s heart…and he would tell them personally that if they hurt his brother, that he would make them pay for it. Though…he would be interested in watching how all of this goes down.

Francois wouldn’t notice Matt had a partner or was even in love until it was brought directly into his attention or something was done in front of him. He wouldn’t really care too much, he sees it as this is Matt’s life, if he ruins it, well c’est la vie.

Oliver would catch on after Allen and would be swooning over the idea of his stoic son in love. He would offer to bake all kinds of treats…though oddly when he gave the treats to Allen to deliver, they never made it to Matt. Oliver would be dying to see who stole his “Matty Bear”’s heart and would want to meet them. Though Oliver would also be very protective, if his son ever got hurt, there would be hell…cute, pastel, psychotic hell.
