But the reason was, I’ve dealt with mental health issues for a long time. The past year is the first year I haven’t tried to end my life, and a lot of people would see it as selfish especially with a little one but honestly, i didn’t think i was good enough for him, I thought even he would be better without me. I got help. SO much has changed and for the first time in years, I’m happy to be alive. And that’s why I cried when I met you, because I was so overcome with emotion on how happy I was to be here.
