The only thing that sounds good about the Super Bowls is the food and drink. The sport is utterly ridiculous and what’s with all the protection? And two different teams in one team? Just have one fucking team. Why is it so long? Like it’s a ridiculously long game, what is the need?? It’s a good excuse to eat and drink so that the only good thing.
It’s shittier rugby.
Now rugby, that’s a good sport. Especially when Ireland beat France yesterday’s in 82nd minute with a drop goal from Sexton. That’s a good sport.
I’m American and I don’t understand this football shit so I can hardly imagine what the rest of the world thinks
A lot of Irish like it. Stay up to watch it but I just don’t understand and I have tried to watch it but not my thing.
Cool to know some people in other countries are into football. I’m personally not into sports in general, but everyone’s into different things
I’m a big fan of sports and I wanted to like football but it makes no sense and I thought I might die of old age before the game ended.
Every year, every Super Bowl, there is always this argument about football. Americans, generally, like football. The Super Bowl is a good time, an excuse to have a party, enjoy the game, have a good time. If people don’t like football, neat. Doesn’t make it a ‘bad sport,’ you know?
Just every. year. Watch it or don’t watch it, I guess.
I’m a fan of sports – the Olympics are the best thing in the world – because they require skill and finesse, some just require actual talent to play. From what I can tell, football doesn’t. Its best feature is the promotion of teamwork and a healthy body. But that last one goes down the drain when players physically hurt themselves during games and are rewarded for continuing to play.
