So yeah hmm. It might be difficult for someone who can barely read his lines on the script to be able to memorize them.

Lol omg there are comments saying that “this isn’t an excuse” because “X, Y, and Z disabled person don’t need help like that to do these things so he shouldn’t either if he tried harder.”

Ah yes. The ol’ “I’m not ableist because I support the ones that I’ve deemed “”hard workers”” while calling out the ones that get aid of any kind because that’s not real success” trick.

So basically:

There’s blind people who paint masterpieces without seeing them and don’t need canes or seeing eye animal assistants and such, so fuck you if you do. You don’t work hard enough.

There’s amputees that climb literal mountains like Everest, so fucl you if you use wheelchairs, crutches, or so forth. You don’t work hard enough.

There’s deaf people who write and perform music without being able to hear it, so fuck you if you don’t read lips perfectly or sense the vibrations in the air. You don’t work hard enough.

There’s violently depressed/anxious people who don’t need therapy or medication or anyone but their own willpower to survive, so fuck you if you do. You don’t work hard enough.

There’s disabled people out there doing straight up impressively bananas stuff, so fuck you if you’re disabled and don’t do things the way they do. You don’t work hard enough.

Disabled people who don’t do everything in their power to appear they aren’t disabled/need no accommodations whatsoever for anything should feel bad for having the nerve, the absolute gall, to do anything “”””””the easy way”””””” because you’re not valid and accepted as disabled if you don’t look or act like a non-disabled person.

The only valid/praiseworthy disabled people are the ones who function and live like they have no disability.
