France: Remember, he is in denial and completely delusional. The whole time he thinks s/o loves him. No different in actions really
Russia: He is happy with his s/o’s change in feeling. He will be more touchy feely, but also will not be with them 24/7. (he will have cameras and other things around s/o so he is always watching, but he is giving them the sense of privacy)
China: He is happy. FINALLY s/o gets how things are suppose to happen.
