Breaking it down:

hawkeye221b:

“It’s not your fault”

this is repeated throughout the poem, as though the writer is trying to convince us that it is not our fault. so why would they feel the need to convince us as such?

“False from the start

they broke your heart

Life torn apart”

The speaker of the poem seems to be retelling events of their specificed audience’s life, once again claiming that it’s not [your] fault.

Can’t make amends

your soul will rend

here til the end”

So this is less of a “what has happened moment and more of a prophetic(?) stance on what is to come….?

“A mind you’ll break

A soul you’ll shake

A life you’ll take”

‘A mind you’ll break’ – could be reffering to Wilford at the end of WKM

“A life you’ll take”- This could be talking about Asshole Mark killing Damien for his body.

“A soul you’ll shake”- this could go a number of ways. either in reference to Celine and her comment of not knowing how far Asshole Mark had fallen, or it could be Y/N. why? i don’t know but it might apply.

Again, “It’s not your fault”.

“Now set the trap

a small mishap

O’er a nightcap”

The speaker is telling whomever to set a trap and i think it’s safe to say the person who’s setting it is Asshole Mark.

‘Nightcap’  is “
an alcoholic or hot drink taken at the end of the day or before going to bed” so a ‘small mishap o’er a nightcap’ could mean one of the ways Asshole Mark tried to kill himself by overdosing?

“Vengeance at last

old friends aghast

All foes outclassed”

The speaker is clearly trying to convince Asshole Mark to do this. he’ll have his vengeance and his foes (Will/The Colonel) will be outclassed and shown up.

“Your heart downcast

Your guilt steadfast

Trapped in the past”

The sudden tone shift in the poem makes me think the influence of the speaker is no longer present in the last section. Rather, i think this next line is Asshole Mark to himself:

“It’s all your fault…”

This is no longer the previous speaker of the poem, which i will say Without a shadow of a doubt is the HOUSE FROM WKM,

Mark himself stated the house will whisper ideas into your head and by the time you realize it, it’s too late.

So throughout this poem the house is whispering to Asshole Mark, telling him Wil and Celine’s affair wasn’t his fault, that he should get revenge. it’s only fair…

It’s not his fault if he shows how serious he is.

TL;DR : The poem is the House from WKM manipulating Asshole Mark, until the last part, where Asshole Mark is alone.
