So in my discord server, we were talking about WKM, and someone brought up the fact that the Dark entity uses MARK’S body as a vessel, not ours. Well, remember all the damage that body sustained? Such as a broken neck, a ton of broken bones, etc….and then marks body disappears into the upside down? Well…lets get into some science.

According to the dictionary, here is something that happens when a body dies

rig·or mor·tis

ˌriɡər ˈmôrdəs/

stiffening of the joints and muscles of a body a few hours after death, usually lasting from one to four days.

And if you recall the last scene in WKM, when we pick up the cane, we don’t fully wrap our hand around it

ALMOST LIKE OUR JOINTS ARE TOO STIFF

and another thing….the whole neck cracking thing?

What if that’s because dark has a broken neck, and he has to re-align it every once in a while?

But even then, it’s not perfect?

And his twitching…

Think about it…the way he twitches…when the body loses connection to the brain the nerves freak out and the body twitches…well when you look at marks neck in the upside down, as well as the initial fall, that kind of injury is very possible

so dark…his body seems very broken, because the Dark entity had to use Mark’s broken body, since mark stole Damien’s.
