2p America:

He would love to surprise his s/o with a party at their place…but he would probably get caught during the set up.

Would stack up gifts throughout the year so he can give his s/o a shit ton of gifts for their birthday.

One of their gifts would most definitely be a matching leather jacket to him.

He would make sure they hit up every restaurant or shop that gave out birthday freebies so they could score.

France:

Francis would spoil his s/o relentlessly, shopping, movies, dinner, etc. Their wish is his command.

He would personally take them shopping for a birthday outfit so they feel their best…and there is little to no price limit on the shopping trip.

Francis would buy as many gifts as he possibly could (different uses, types and values, just for variety) for his s/o.

With Francis it is more of a birth-week, since he would celebrate his s/o every day…though he would throw them a party on their actual birthday.
