Romano: Daughter
Boys are dicks! Now that we have that covered, Lovino wants a little girl to take care of, a little treasure, his little princess. He wants someone he has to look out for. Lovino also doesn’t want to have to teach his son to be a tough guy, since he’s not even one himself. 

Spain: One of each (at least)
Antonio wants a princesa, and a little matador! He wouldn’t be able to pick one over the other, and he also loves children, so he would have at least  one of each! 

Prussia: Daughter 
Gilbert has experience raising a boy (Ludwig), so he would want to raise a little girl this time. Gilbert also wouldn’t want to have to teach his son to be tough, he’d rather just be laid back and play with his baby girl.
