How might South Italy, Germany, Prussia, Austria, England, and Spain celebrate their s/o’s birthday? Thanks in advance <3

Austria: “Keep your eyes closed..”
This would be one of the only times a year that Roderich completely plans out a day. He’d start the day off by actually taking his s/o out for a nice breakfast, but when they get back in the evening, he’d have thrown a small party for his s/o filled with their close friends (set up by either Elizabeta or Feliciano). He’d even try and spoil them with presents…just for their special day.

Germany: “Now open!”
Ludwig would really try his best to organize a fun birthday party for his s/o. He would want to invite their friends and make sure everyone had a good time. Ludwig would even try to have some fun himself and not be so uptight. He would also make sure to have the perfect gifts for them, since he would be planning for months in advance. 

Romano: “What do you think?”
Lovino would try to have a semi-private birthday. He wouldn’t want to spoil their day with his attitude, but he wouldn’t want them to be upset if he didn’t invite their friends….so Lovino would invite a few of them over and be on his best behavior. He also would make sure to spoil them with presents and a very nice dinner, just to make their day a little more special. 

Spain: “Feliz Cumpleaños, mi amor!”
Antonio would go all out for his s/o’s birthday! A big party! Lots of presents! Everyone over! Food and drinks all night long! He would even serenade his s/o with a song he wrote for them on his guitar. Overall, Antonio would plan the biggest fiesta possible to make sure his s/o has the best night and never stops smiling.

Prussia: “Let’s celebrate! Come on!”
Gilbert would do anything for his s/o on their birthday. They want a huge cake? They are getting a huge cake. They want a mountain of presents? Then a mountain will appear! Gilbert would do whatever they wanted just so their special day is as awesome as they are. He also would throw the biggest party possible…though he may get help from Francis just to make sure the party goes right. 

England: “Happy birthday, love.”
Arthur is a rather simple man, so he would prefer to celebrate his s/o’s birthday at home. Though he would make sure they have a wonderful birthday dinner wherever they wanted, a good amount of presents that are equally thoughtful and useful and a nice date wherever they wanted to go. Arthur would do everything in his power to make sure his s/o was happy and had a wonderful birthday.
