And for UK followers, they are currently campaigning in the UK to reverse the Gay Blood Donation Ban. As of right now, a gay man must have been completely abstinent from any sexual contact with another man for 3 years before being permitted to donate, even if he is in a monogamous relationship and has been for more than three years, and has tested clean for STIs, AIDS, and any other conditions that are vectored by blood (as per legal testing requirements). See if your local LUSH location has petitions of any kind!
