A/N: I fixed it. I’m actually
(not)(kind of) sorry for that big bucket of Roman angst, BUT here’s my recompense. Don’t come for me. I love Roro I promise.Summary: Too much pressure and anything will break, including princes, but thankfully for Roman, he has three loving, careful friends who will catch the pieces and put them back together, even if it takes sappy moments and talk-therapy.

“What…was that?!” Virgil cries out, hugging himself tightly as he tries to keep himself steady on his feet. “Why was he…what…I didn’t….was that my fault?!” Virgil’s eyes are wild as he looks back and forth between Patton and Logan, the other two locking in a silent battle of regrets with their eyes. “Tell me!” Virgil pleads, frozen in place even as Patton finally, slowly, approaches him.
“Virge…when you went back to your room, Roman had a little…meltdown, I guess you could call it.”
“We do not know the precise cause of his distress,” Logan continues. “But judging from his words, Roman is experiencing inner turmoil that has only been exacerbated by our criticism.”
“He said some really mean stuff about himself.” Patton whispers sadly.
“So…Princey…Roman…hates himself?”
