This needs to be taken seriously

Call your reps and ask them to support the CRA. We don’t have much time to save net neutrality. Its not just about Facebook taking 10 min to load. Its about how this will majorly hurt people who rely on the use of the internet. Are you a musician? If people can’t access your site to buy your music, you’re going to lose money. Are you a game developer? If people can’t access steam,PSN, etc, you will lose money. I think grocery stores have to use the internet to order stock, stores will have to raise the price of food to afford the internet fees.People who work a job that uses the internet most likely will lose their job if the employer can’t afford to pay the bills for his/her business, pay the employees AND pay the internet fees. Think about the schools, students needs the internet to look up stuff for their homework. My point is net neutrality being repealed will have a major effect on people and its not just about your pages taking forever to load. PLEASE, call your reps, it only take a few mins to do so.

This is the next move to restore net neutrality

If it feels like you’re fighting battles on every side, you’re not alone. The struggle is terrifyingly real. But we can still make this year the best possible version of 2018 it can be. There’s a new opportunity to restore strong net neutrality protections: The Congressional Review Act.

What is the Congressional Review Act?

The CRA lets the House and Senate repeal administrative laws—rules and regulations set by governmental agencies—with a simple majority in both houses. The resolutions can’t be blocked by leadership, amended, or filibustered.

This congress has used the CRA more than any other to overturn regulations that protect vulnerable people and the environment, but this time we can use it for a good purpose—to reverse the FCC’s decision and restore net neutrality.

We just need #OneMoreVote

Battle For The Net has secured commitments from 50 senators. One more and we can take this fight to the House. These are the targets:

  • John Kennedy (Louisiana) | 202-224-4623 | Email
  • John McCain (Arizona) | 202-224-2235 | Email
  • Orrin Hatch (Utah) | 202-224-5251 | Email
  • Dean Heller (Nevada) | 202-224-6244 | Email

If you live in these states, we need you. Even if you don’t, you can still help the cause.

Go to battleforthenet.com to write or call your representatives.

Tell them to support the “Resolution of Disapproval” and overturn the FCC’s December 14 “Restoring Internet Freedom” vote.

Im having trouble explaining this to myself, the fuck?

So Stormy Daniels, Aka: The Ex-Pornstar who was paid to sleep with Donald Trump in a case of Adultery literally no one was surprised by, released an Interview talking about the experience. And one of the things she mentioned was that he was watching Shark Week and was obsessed with it in the most Trump way ever. I’ll post a little exert cuz from that Interview because it contains more gold than the entirety of 45′s tacky as fuck apartment:

“The strangest thing about that night — this was the best thing ever. You could see the television from the little dining room table and he was watching Shark Week and he was watching a special about the U.S.S. something and it sank and it was like the worst shark attack in history. He is obsessed with sharks. Terrified of sharks. He was like, “I donate to all these charities and I would never donate to any charity that helps sharks. I hope all the sharks die.” He was like riveted. He was like obsessed. It’s so strange, I know.”

And because every intelligent person in the world has firmly taken the stance of “If I want to be able to look myself in the mirror tomorrow, I will do the opposite of everything Donald Trump does”, Everyone started donating to Shark Charities in an amazing example of collective beneficial pettiness. I’m thinking there’s a marine biologist out there right now somewhere like “Listen if we can just get him to say he hates Sharks on live TV we could repopulate the entire fucking ocean by 2019.”

In an amazing example of collective beneficial pettiness

If I had even the most rudimentary concept of this man’s personality I’d already be certain without being told that he probably thinks certain animals are just bad and should go extinct. Of course he fucking does.
