corporatedragon asked: Seto looked up in annoyance as his office door opened. He had so much damage control from the explosion in the lab left to do. The man letting himself in unannounced was a conundrum to Seto. Short, with tanned skin and wild hair. His goth clothes showing off his well-defined abs and sizable package. Not an employee. Seto didn’t know the handsome man but his body said otherwise. His heart rate kicked up and he felt a stirring inside. “Don’t have time for this! Please show yourself out.”
“As expected, you´re here working when you should be lying on the hospital bed or in your mansion at least…”
Atem ignored the other´s words as he walked over to him until he was standing just a few feet from the taller CEO. “Does it still hurt anywhere, Seto…?”
He reached for him and gently took his hand in between his own. “Do you really not remember me? I´ve been worried about, dragon…”
“I have too much work to..” The tone in which the other spoke and the familiar way he said Seto’s name unsettled him. Unconsciously the CEO touched the bandage on his temple. His head was throbbing. Who was this man who acted like he knew him? Why had he been allowed to just walk in here? Where was his secretary?
Startled, Seto looked up when the man took his hand. His touch caused Seto to shiver. His skin tingled, hyper-aware of how warm the man’s hands were imprisoned his. Seto wanted to pull away but those vibrant violets made him hesitate. While not familiar, they were so open and expressive. “No! I don’t! Who.. who are you? Why are you here?”
His head throbbed, making Seto hiss through clenched teeth. Pulling his hand back, Seto turned back to his laptop and started typing. “I don’t have time for this. I need to finish this incident report.”
sometimes i think about how ben & jerry’s ice cream actually cares about people/tries to start conversation about things that actually matter more than the actual government does and idk how to feel about that lmao
i’m not joking
ben and jerry’s ice cream has better morals than the united states government. i know that’s a low bar,,, but a fucking ice cream company,,,,,

Despite not being exactly talented at it, in order to regain focus when he just can’t seem to get going on a project, he tends to idly doodle in a notepad he keeps nearby. He doodles eyes, from the eyes of his dragons to the eyes of his brother.
Oftentimes, he’ll draw eyes that he remembers burned with passion, determination, and a challenge. His memory of the eyes hasn’t dimmed, but he knows that his poor scribbles could never capture their true spirit, and yearns to see them in person once again.
Quiet reminder that Atem initially shares all of Yuugi’s memories – Yuugi’s modern memories – to the point, where he assumes he is Yuugi.
Quiet reminder that Yuugi says Atem can continue to share his identity for the rest of forever, and it’s really gay, and one of the most well-known scenes for puzzleshippers.
Less quiet reminder that Atem knows how to use computers, and light switches, and temporary tattoos, and gameboys, and toasters, and anything that Yuugi knows.

With the Thief King being a peasant, I always assumed he never learned how to read. My Casteshipping heart loves the idea of Atem trying to teach him how to read. What my heart loves even more, however, is him eventually flipping a table out of frustration and only every learning how to write “The Pharaoh eats dicks” which he promptly graffitis in as many places as possible.
